A SMALL, FRIENDLY AND EXPERIENCED ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO 

 

Simple Plans is a small architectural design and draughting practice run by Jonathan and Sarah, providing a friendly, personal service to homeowners and developers across the South and South West of England.

Jonathan is an Architectural Technologist with over 20 years’ experience working on a wide range of projects, from multi-million-pound new-build homes and Heathrow Terminal 5 to listed buildings, high-rise apartments, house extensions, loft conversions and new homes.

Sarah spent over ten years working in the public sector in London and brings her experience, patience and organisational skills to Simple Plans. She also carries out site surveys and looks after much of the administration.

Alongside our professional experience, we’ve renovated and converted a number of properties of our own across the country. So we understand first-hand the challenges, disruption and occasional pitfalls of working on your own home. That practical experience helps us look at projects not just from a design and planning perspective, but from the homeowner’s point of view too.

 Being a small practice means we can offer a straightforward and personal service. You’ll deal directly with us throughout your project, and we’ll always remember that it’s your home, not ours.
